MCA releases Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Amendment Rules, 2018

The MCA has released the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Amendment Rules, 2018 which shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette i.e May 7, 2018.

The Amendment Rules omits Rule 3 (Information to be stated in the prospectus), Rule 4 (Reports to be set out in the Prospectus), Rule 5 (Other matters and reports to be stated in the prospectus), and Rule 6 (Period for which information to be provided in certain cases) of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014.
