RAMSONS INDIA ON LICENSING DEAL WITH UK’S XEROS TECHNOLOGY GROUP

Ramsons India, one of the largest garment finishing equipment suppliers in South Asia, has entered into a licensing deal with UK-headquartered Xeros Technology Group to develop a range of innovative, sustainable garment finishing equipment. This provides Ramsons with an exclusive license for the manufacture and sale of Xeros-enabled garment finishing and dyeing equipment in South Asia and other selected countries, with denim finishing as the first focus area.

We, at Lawyers At Work advised and assisted Ramsons India in the said licensing deal including the negotiations and deal documentation. The deal was led by partner Talha Salaria and associate Ritu Bagaria.
