Bank-creditor could not recover amount from account of debtor during moratorium period: NCLAT

After admission of an application under section 7, once moratorium has been declared it is not open to any person including ‘Financial Creditors’ to recover any amount from account of ‘Corporate Debtor’, nor it can appropriate any amount towards its own dues.
