NCLT sets aside transfer of shares done in violation of status quo order passed by CLB:

Where respondents illegally removed appellant from post of Managing Director and in violation of status quo order transferred their shares to third party, respondents acted in oppressive manner and transfer of shares by respondents was to be set aside.
