Tribunal has no power to allow any person to withdraw application filed under Bankruptcy Code- NCLAT

Where Adjudicating Authority had admitted application under section 9, Adjudicating Authority may permit withdrawal of application on request of applicant before its admission but it has no power to allow any applicant or any other person to withdraw application after admission.
